Crafted from our signature three-grain mash bill of corn, wheat, and barley, this whiskey was carefully finished in Doomsday Brewing’s Baltic Porter barrels, allowing it to absorb the rich, roasted essence of the dark, malty beer that once filled them. The result is a whiskey with remarkable depth and balance—toasted oak and caramel meet dark chocolate, espresso, and a whisper of smoke.
