This historic Batch 2 release marks a major milestone of the first-ever Bottled In Bond Bourbon produced in Southwest Washington.
Distilled in-house at Quartz Mountain Distillers and barreled in June of 2020, this bourbon meets all the strict requirements of the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897: distilled in a single season, by one distiller, at one distillery, and aged for a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse.
The result is a bold, complex spirit with a deep amber hue and rich character. You’ll find notes of caramelized oak, toasted spice, vanilla, and dark fruit, all carried by a smooth, full-bodied mouthfeel and a long, warming finish. Crafted grain-to-glass in Vancouver, WA. This bottle isn’t just bourbon; it’s a piece of Northwest whiskey history.
