Crafted from our signature four-grain mash bill of corn, wheat, barley and rye, this whiskey was carefully finished in Doomsday Brewing’s Coffee India Pale Ale barrels, allowing it to soak up the rich, roasted coffee flavors and hoppy complexity of the beer that once filled them. The result is a whiskey with bold character and layered complexity—roasted coffee, caramel, citrus notes, and a hint of hops.
