Starting with a mash bill of Washington grown corn, wheat, caramelized barley and rye our 4 Grain Bourbon entered barrel on January 18th, 2021. Barreled in a 15-gallon, Medium Toast, #2 Char barrel and then bottled as a single barrel, small batch release. Notes of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, amaretto, sweet toasted spices and sweet toasted sugars highlighted with a slight rye spiced backend.
