Crafted from our signature four-grain mash bill of corn, wheat, barley, and rye, this whiskey delivers a rich, balanced foundation before finishing in Varietal Brewing’s Porter barrels. During its time in these beer-soaked casks, the whiskey absorbs the deep, roasted character of the malt-forward porter that once rested within.

The result is a spirit layered with flavor—toasted oak, caramel, cocoa, and roasted coffee.  All carried by the smooth sweetness of wheat and the gentle spice of rye.

Each sip reflects true Pacific Northwest craftsmanship: patient, bold, and unapologetically creative.
