Produced from a mash of Washington grown corn and wheat with hint of Vienna Barley, then barreled at 120 proof on August 12th, 2020, in a single 53-gallon barrel. Aged 4 years in barrel, we then harvested and bottled at an enjoyable 92 proof. Our Multi Award-Winning Private Reserve Bourbon is sure to please your palate.
