Crafted from our signature four-grain rye mash bill of rye, wheat, barley, and corn, this whiskey was carefully finished in Doomsday Brewing’s Russian Imperial Stout barrels, allowing it to absorb the rich, roasted malt, chocolate, and subtle vanilla notes of the stout that once filled them. The result is a whiskey with profound depth and complexity—dark chocolate, espresso, caramel, and a touch of roasted oak.
