Where bold tradition meets refined elegance. This limited-edition release is the result of a unique collaboration between Quartz Mountain Distillers and Pomeroy Cellars, uniting the art of craft whiskey-making with the rich character of Washington wine.
Our carefully aged whiskey is finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Pomeroy Cellars, imparting a beautiful depth of flavor and a stunning ruby hue. The Cabernet cask finish lends notes of dark cherry, black currant, and oak, layered over the warm foundation of vanilla, spice, and toasted grain from the whiskey itself.
Bottled at 46.9% ABV (93.8 proof), this whiskey delivers a balanced intensity—bold enough to savor neat, yet smooth enough to share.
