Produced from a mash of Washington grown corn and wheat with hint of Vienna Barley, then barreled at 110 proof on July 8, 2020 in a single 25 gallon barrel. After 2 years in barrel we then harvested and bottled at an enjoyable 92 proof our Private Reserve Bourbon is sure to please your palate.
