Bourbon/Whiskey Recipes

Vantucky Mule

  • 1 1/2oz QMD Private Reserve or Cask Strength Bourbon
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Ginger Beer
  • 1 Fresh Mint Sprig
  • 1 Lime Slice

In a copper mug or highball glass, combine bourbon and lime juice. Fill cup with ice. Add ginger beer; stir gently to combine. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.

Hot Buttered Bourbon

BUTTERED BOURBON BATTER

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice.

TO MAKE THE DRINK

  • 1 to 2 shots QMD Private Reserve or Cask Strength Bourbon
  • 4 to 5 ounces boiling water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons buttered bourbon mix
  • whipped cream for serving.

In a bowl of your electric mixer, place the butter, sugar, maple syrup, spices and salt. Beat on medium speed until combined and smooth. At this point, you can place the butter in a sealed container and store it in the fridge!

To make the drink, bring a pot of water to a boil. Fill your mug with 1 to 2 shots of bourbon. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of the butter mixture into the bourbon. Fill the mug with boiling water and whisk constantly until the butter melts and dissolves. Top with whipped cream and serve.

Bourbon Apple Cider

  • 1 oz QMD Private Reserve or Cask Strength Bourbon
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Ale

Add ingredients together and lightly stir to blend. Pour over ice in a rocks glass and serve.

Red Rider

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Private Reserve or Cask Strength Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 4 oz Cranberry Juice

Add ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Mix it up and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and cranberries.

Boulevardier

  • 1 oz QMD Private Reserve or Cask Strength Bourbon
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari

Add ingredients along with ice into mixing glass. Stir. Served up, strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz QMD Private Reserve or Cask Strength Bourbon
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Pure Maple Syrup (can substitute with simple syrup)
  • Ice

Add all ingredients to rocks glass with ice and stir. Garnish with orange peel and a cocktail cherry.

Chocolate Orange Old Fashion

  • 2 oz QMD Four Grain Bourbon
  • Dash of Orange Bitters
  • Dash of Chocolate Bitters
  • Orange Rind

Add ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and pour over large ice cube. Garnish with a twisted orange rind on the rim.

Midnight in Paris

  • 1.5oz QMD Four Grain Bourbon
  • .5oz Basil Simple Syrup
  • .5oz Blackberry Puree
  • .5oz Lime Juice
  • Ice

Add QMD Four Grain Bourbon, Basil Simple Syrup, Blackberry Puree, Lime Juice and Ice to shaker cup. Shake to blend/chill and strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.

QMD Bourbon Root Beer Float

  • 1.5 oz QMD Bourbon
  • 3 Dashes of Black Walnut Bitters
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Root Beer Soda to Float

In a shaker, combine QMD Bourbon and bitters. Shake to combine. In your mug, add two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Pour bourbon concoction over it. Top with root beer and stir!

Maple Whiskey Smash

  • 2 ounces QMD Maple Syrup Cask Aged Whiskey
  • 1/4 lemon, sliced into 2 wedges
  • 5 large mint leaves
  • 1 ounce maple syrup or simple syrup
  • Soda water, for serving
  • Crushed ice, for serving

Place the lemon wedges and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Muddle 4 to 5 times to extract flavor. Add Maple Syrup Cask Aged Whiskey, maple or simple syrup and fill the shaker with ice. If desired, add a splash of soda water. Shake until cold and strain into a glass. Serve with crushed ice.

PNW Gold Rush

  • 2 ounces QMD Maple Syrup Cask Aged Whiskey
  • 1 ounce Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 ounce Honey

Add Maple Syrup Cask Aged Whiskey, Lemon Juice and Honey to shaker cup then fill the with ice. Shake until cold and strain into a glass. Served Up!

Flavored Shine Recipes

Sunflower Fields

  • 1.5oz QMD Apricot Shine
  • .5oz Mathilde Pear Liqueur
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 barspoons – Marmalade
  • 1 Orange Slice
  • Ice

Add QMD Apricot Shine, Pear Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Marmalade and Ice to shaker cup. Shake to blend/chill and strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

Clementine Shine Rum Punch

  • 2 parts QMD Clementine Shine
  • 2 parts Dark Rum
  • 1 part Guava Juice
  • 1 part Mango Juice
  • 1 part Pineapple Juice
  • Ice

Add all ingredients to a shaker cup with ice and shake to mix. Strain over fresh ice into glass. Top with fresh squeezed lime juice. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Garnish with a lime and a smile.

Apple Pie on the Rocks

  • 1oz QMD Vanilla Cream Vodka
  • 1 oz QMD Spiced Apple Pie Shine
  • 4 oz Apple Juice
  • Ice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake to blend. Rim glass with ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Willie’s Melon

  • 2 oz QMD Watermelon Shine
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Watermelon
  • 6 oz Arizona Watermelon Tea or Mela’s Watermelon Flavored Water
  • Ice

Add mint leaves and watermelon to shaker cup and give it a litlle muddle. Add QMD Watermelon Shine, Watermelon tea or water and Ice. Shake for 26 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of fresh watermelon.

Watermelon Smash

  • 1.5 oz QMD Watermelon Shine
  • 1.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 Basil Leaves
  • Dash of Watermelon Syrup
  • Ice

In a mixing tin add QMD Watermelon Shine, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Basil Leaves, Watermelon Syrup and Ice. Shake vigorously! Pour over fresh ice and serve in a sugar rimmed glass.

Giatti’s Watermelon Crush

  • 1 oz QMD Watermelon Shine
  • 1 oz QMD Small Batch Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Fresh Blended Watermelon
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
  • Squeeze of Lime

Add all ingredients to a shaker cup and shake to mix. Strain over fresh ice and top with soda.

Flavored Vodka Recipes

Butterscotch Espresso Martini

  • 2 oz QMD Butterscotch Vodka
  • 2 oz Espresso Liqueur
  • Splash of Cream

Add all ingredients into shaker and dry shake (without ice).

Pour into martini glass and serve!

Butterscotch White Russian

  • 1 QMD Butterscotch Vodka
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 3 oz Heavy Cream (Can use Oat Milk or Half and Half)
  • Ice

Add Ice to a Rocks Glass; Then pour Butterscotch Vodka and Kahlua over the top. Slowly add cream. Adjust ingredients as needed for flavor preference.

Huckleberry Lemon Drop

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Huckleberry Pie Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1-1 1/2 Lemon Wedges
  • Ice
  • Sugar
  • Yellow Food Coloring

Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and a couple drops of yellow food coloring in a bowl. Mix Huckleberry Pie Vodka, Triple Sec, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Ice in a Shaker. Run lemon wedge around rim of glass and then dip in yellow sugar. Pour shaken mixture into glass over ice, garnish with lemon wedge and serve.

Huckleberry Pie Mule

  • 1/2oz QMD Huckleberry Pie Vodka
  • 1/2 Cup Ginger Beer
  • Light squeeze of lime
  • 1 Lime Slice

In a copper mug or highball glass, combine Huckleberry Pie Vodka and light squeeze of Lime. Drop lime into glass. Fill cup with ice. Add ginger beer; stir gently to combine. Garnish with lime slice.

Nutty Russian

  • 1 QMD Peanut Butter Vodka
  • 2 oz Kahlua
  • 3 oz Heavy Cream (Can use Oat Milk or Half and Half)
  • Ice

Add Ice to a Rocks Glass; Then pour Peanut Butter Vodka and Kahlua over the top. Slowly add cream. Adjust ingredients as needed for flavor preference.

Peanut Butter Cup Martini

  • 2 oz QMD Peanut Butter Vodka
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • 2 oz Milk
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Reese’s Minis

Combine all Peanut Butter Vodka, chocolate liqueur, and milk into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass drizzled with chocolate syrup. Garnish with Reese’s minis.

The Kindergartner

  • 2 oz Peanut Butter Vodka
  • 1 Table Spoon Strawberry Jam
  • Splash of Cream

Add Ice to a Rocks Glass: Add Peanut Butter Vodka, Jam and Cream. Lightly stir to blend.

Punkin’ Espresso Martini

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Punkin’ Pie Vodka
  • 1/2 oz QMD Vanilla Cream Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • Splash of Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Espresso (We use Highbrew)

Add all ingredients into shaker and dry shake (without ice) until foamy. Pour into martini glass and serve!

The Prosser House Fall Punch

  • 2 oz QMD Punkin Pie Vodka
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Add ingredients and ice to shaker cup and shake. Pour over ice in a rocks glass and serve!

Punkin Pie

  • 2 oz QMD Punkin Pie Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Splash of Half and Half and Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbls Pumpkin Puree

Add ice and ingredients to a shaker cup and shake to mix. Strain and pour into glass over fresh ice. Rim glass with cinnamon spice seasoning. Serve with whip cream and graham cracker.

Quartz Collins

  • 2 oz Punkin Pie Vodka
  • 1 oz Lime
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
  • Ice

Add Ice and ingredients to a shaker cup and shake. Strain into Collins Glass and serve!

Punkin Cream

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Punkin Pie Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Irish Cream
  • 3 oz Half and Half

Add all ingredients into glass and stir to mix. Pour over ice and serve.

Freedom Punch

  • 1 1/2 ounce QMD Rocket Pop Vodka
  • 1/2 ounce Cherry Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Blue Curacao
  • Ice

Mix the QMD Rocket Pop Vodka and Lime Juice. Add ice to a glass then begin layering starting with Cherry Juice then Blue Curacao and finish off with Rocket Pop/Lime juice mix. Garnish with lime slices.

Key Lime Cocktail

  • 2 oz QMD Vanilla Cream Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Key Lime Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Splash of Cream
  • 1 oz Fresh Key Lime Juice
  • Splash of Triple Sec or Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and pour over ice to serve.

Apple Pie Bellini

  • 1 oz QMD Vanilla Cream Vodka
  • 2 oz Apple Cider
  • 4 oz Champagne

Shake together the vanilla vodka and apple cider. Pour into a champagne glass. Top with chilled champagne and enjoy!

Vanilla Vodka Baileys Martini

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Vanilla Cream Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz Baileys vanilla cinnamon
  • 3/4 oz almond liqueur
  • Ice
  • Grated cinnamon for garnish

Chill a martini glass or coupe. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vanilla vodka, Baileys vanilla cinnamon, and almond liqueur. Shake to chill. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon..

White Christmas Martini

  • 2 oz QMD Vanilla Cream Vodka
  • 2 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1 oz White Creme de Cacao
  • Coarse Sugar for Rim
  • Powdered Sugar and Water Mixture for Rim

Make a paste out of powdered sugar and water. Rim a martini glass with the paste and dip in coarse sugar then set aside. Add all ingredients into shaker topped with ice. Shake until chilled. Pour mixture into rimmed martini glass.

Boozy Hot Chocolate

  • 3 oz QMD Caramel Vodka
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • whipped cream and caramel sauce, for topping

In a medium saucepan, whisk together milk, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Heat over medium heat, whisking occasionally until mixture is steamy and heated through. Whisk in heavy cream.

Remove from the heat and stir in QMD Caramel vodka.

Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and/or additional chocolate chips, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Boozy Caramel Apple Cider

  • 8 ounces apple cider
  • 2 ounces QMD Caramel Vodka
  • cinnamon stick and apple slice, for garnish

Warm apple cider in a small pan over medium heat. Pour into your favorite mug, add 2 ounces of QMD Caramel Vodka, and stir to combine. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and/or fresh apple slice and serve warm.

QMD Peppered Pineapple

  • 2 oz QMD Habanero Vodka
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lemonade

Shake in an ice-filled shaker until well chilled. Strain over fresh ice into a chilled glass. Garnish with a chili pepper and rim the glass with salt.

Habaloma

  • 2 oz QMD Habanero Vodka
  • 1 oz white grapefruit juice

Shake and pour ingredients into chili-salt rimmed glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

Kickin’ Bloody Mary

  • 3.5 oz of your favorite bloody mary mix
  • 2 oz QMD Habanero Vodka
  • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 dash Tapatio Hot Sauce
  • ¼ tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Stir all ingredients. Pour in glasses over ice and garnish with whatever you want – bacon, burger sliders, lemon wheel, pickled asparagus, pickled onion, beans, okra, etc., olives or peppers.

Orange Creamsicle

  • 1 1/2oz QMD Orange Creme Vodka
  • 2 oz Ginger Ale
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • Whipped Cream

Add ice to a rocks glass then add Orange Creme Vodka, Orange Juice and Ginger Ale. Lightly stir to blend then add a whipped cream topper and serve!

Orange Creme Mule

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Orange Creme Vodka
  • 1/2 Cup Ginger Beer
  • Light squeeze of Orange
  • 1 Orange Slice

Orange Crush

  • 2 oz QMD Orange Creme Vodka
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 3 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Sprite or Lemon Lime Soda

In a pint glass or highball glass, fill with ice. Add Orange Creme Vodka, Triple Sec, Orange Juice and Sprite. Garnish with orange slices.

Summer Nights

  • 2oz QMD Pink Lemonade Vodka
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Ice

Add QMD Pink Lemonade, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup to shaker cup with ice. Shake to blend until chilled. Strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve!

Raspberry Habanero Lemon Drop

  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries plus more for garnish
  • 3-4 ounces QMD Raspberry Habanero Vodka
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice plus lemon slices for garnish
  • 1/4 cup lemon lime soda
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Muddle raspberries with sugar. Press through a wire mesh strainer to remove seeds. Press the berries down to release as much juice as possible.

Mix raspberry puree, vodka, soda, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.

Pour and serve! Garnish with lemons and raspberries if desired.

The Spice is Right!

  • 1 1/2 ounce QMD Raspberry Habanero Vodka
  • 3 slices of fresh cucumber
  • 1/2 ounce Lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple
  • Ice

Add 3 slices of cucumber to shaker cup and muddle until a near liquid. Then add QMD Raspberry Habanero Vodka, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup and fill with ice. Shake to blend.

Prepare a Collins Glass with a brush Habanero Blackberry Sauce or simple syrup and apply a Tajin Rim.

Pour shaken ingredients into collins glass with fresh ice. Top with Pineapple juice

Garnish with A Raspberry and a Cucumber.

Vodka Recipes

Vodka Sour

  • 2 oz QMD Small Batch Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Sweet & Sour

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until frothy. Strain and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime slice.

 

Not So Kickin’ Bloody Mary

  • 3.5 oz of your favorite bloody mary mix. We use Olivers Gourmet.
  • 2 oz QMD Small Batch Vodka
  • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 dash Tapatio Hot Sauce
  • ¼ tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Stir all ingredients. Pour in glasses over ice and garnish with whatever you want – bacon, burger sliders, lemon wheel, pickled asparagus, pickled onion, beans, okra, etc., olives or peppers.

Rainbows End

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Small Batch Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to blend. Strain and pour into Martini Glass. Garnish rim with Rainbow Colored Sprinkles.

Fuzzy

  • 1 1/2 oz QMD Unfiltered Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • Orange Juice
  • Ice

Add QMD Unfiltered Vodka, Blue Curacao and Peach Schnapps to a beer glass and mix with a spoon. Fill glass with fresh ice and then fill with Orange Juice.

Gin Recipes

Thyme Gin and Tonic

  • 1 cup QMD Windy Ridge Gin
  • 8 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 8 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • 8 Tsp Honey
  • 8 cups Sparkling Water
  • Fresh Thyme and Small Orange Slices for Garnish

Add Pomegranate Juice, Orange Juice, Honey, Sparkling Water and QMD Windy Ridge Gin to pitcher. Stir to mix. Pour over ice. Garnish with fresh thyme and orange slices. Serve and enjoy!

Gin Fresh

  • 1 1/4 oz QMD Windy Ridge Gin
  • 2 muddled slices of cucumber
  • 3 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • Ice
  • Tonic Water or Soda

Add Windy Ridge Gin, Muddled Cucumber, Pineapple Juice and Ice to blending cup and shake to blend. Strain over ice and add splash of Tonic or Soda.

Spirited Away

  • 1/3 Teaspoon Orgeat
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Absinthe
  • 1/3 Teaspoon St Germain
  • .25 oz Campari
  • 1 oz QMD Gin Float
  • Ice

Add Absinthe, Orgeat, St Germain and Campari to glass and mix. Add ice to glass and float QMD Gin over ice.

Strawberry Smash

  • 1.5oz QMD Gin
  • .5oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • .5oz Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 – Strawberries
  • 2-3 Basil Leaves
  • Ice

Add strawberries and basil leaves to shaker cup and smash. Add QMD Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice to shaker cup with fresh ice. Shake to blend and then strain into glass with fresh ice then serve.

Evergreen

  • 1.5oz QMD Gin
  • .5oz Triple Sec
  • .5oz Honey Simple Syrup
  • .5oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 Slices of Fresh Cucumber
  • Ice

Muddle cucumber in shaker cup. Add QMD Gin, Triple Sec, Honey Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice and Ice. Shake to blend/chill and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with cucumber and serve.

Negroni

  • 1 oz Navy Strength Gin
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • Ice

Add ingredients along with ice into mixing glass. Stir. Strain and serve into ice-filled old-fashioned glass if serving on the rocks. If serving up, strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with orange peel in either case.
