Produced from a mash bill of Washington grown corn, wheat, rye and caramalized barley, then barreled at 120 proof on January 18, 2021 in a single 25 gallon barrel. After nearly 3 years in barrel we then harvested and bottled at cask strength of 120.8 proof.
