Produced from a mash bill of Washington grown corn, wheat, rye and caramelized barley, then barreled at 120 proof on February 2nd, 2021, in a single 25-gallon barrel. After 3 years in barrel, we then harvested and bottled at cask strength of 121.6 proof.
